Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment in case all items are in stock. With pre-order items your package will be shipped by the following Sunday. Each package should not exceed 2kg or we ask that you put them in separate order.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

If you'd like to return your item, you will be paying for return-postage yourself. It will only be accepted with reasonable dispute.

Carrier 1: Economy Air (SAL)

This is the cheapest carrier we offer as our customers are mostly students. It does however take approximately 30 - 45 days to reach destination. To clarify more on Economy Air (SAL) shipping: it ships out of Thailand by airplane. However, it does not go out immediately. Economy air will wait for the next available plane to go out, which we do not know when. Then when it arrive your country. It would be transported by car so it can take a while to reach you depend on your local postal service.

Carrier 2: Airmail

This option is the standard airmail. It takes approximately 15 - 30 days to deliver.

Carrier 3: Express Mailing Service (EMS)

This option is the most expensive yet offers a fastest service. You will receive your package within 3-5 days.

Remark:-

We will infrom you the registered number to track your package from all of the three carriers above. However, once your package have left Thailand, you may not be able to track it on your local postal'website or the system could show "item not found. It depend on your local postal'service whether they will put your tracking number on the system or not.
